The first time I knew about Kidzania was in a homeschool forum which I belong. The homeschooling parents were so excited about its newest branch to be opened in Malaysia on the 28th of February, that I got curious and googled it. When I saw the photos and description about Kidzania, I also got excited and showed the site to my kids. My kids were ecstatic and they were already planning what occupations they will be trying out when they get there. If you don’t know about Kidzania yet, it’s an educational and entertaining theme park where the kids get to try being grown-ups. They get to role-play different adult occupations and activities in a kid-size replica city. For example, the kids can experience being a doctor, a pilot or a farmer with complete costume. Oh, I can’t wait to see my daughter in a pilot attire or my son in mens overalls as a mechanic.
But sadly, even if the branch in Malaysia is already opening next month, we will only get to visit Kuala Lumpur in May. So, my kids have to wait a little bit longer before they can visit Kidzania.
